
BIOGRAPHY
Static Jones is a Los Angeles based dancer, DJ, model, and multidisciplinary creative artist originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. He is an alumnus of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA), where he earned his BFA in Commercial Dance. His training spans more than 11 years across contemporary, jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, beginning at CC&CO Dance Complex and later advancing at Cary Ballet Conservatory.
As a Dancers Against Cancer Hope Story, Static has shared his journey and perspective with national audiences, including his feature in the Industry Dance Awards film. His work reflects both artistic precision and personal resilience—qualities that continue to shape his career across multiple creative fields.
Static is an emerging name in the West Coast hard techno scene, performing at notable events including Avalon Hollywood with Mayhem Events, Techno Kids Las Vegas, and Shift San Diego, as well as ongoing appearances with Fever in Los Angeles. His sets are recognized for their high-intensity energy, industrial sound design, and movement-driven musicality.
In addition to his performance career, Static works professionally in live event photography and videography, bringing a kinetic, performance-informed perspective to visual storytelling. He has also modeled during LA Fashion Week with designer Phree Hester, expanding his presence within the fashion and creative industries.
Across dance, music, modeling, and visual production, Static Jones continues to cultivate a body of work defined by versatility, discipline, and artistic innovation. His long term aspirations include collaborating with Tyler, The Creator, becoming a member of the Jabbawockeez, and performing on major international stages through festivals such as Verknipt and Insomniac goals that reflect both his ambition and commitment to pushing creative boundaries.
